Shipping Locations

Rare Drop Snacks currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders of $49.99 or more.
  • Shipping costs for orders under $49.99 are calculated at checkout.

Mystery Box Shipping

The Mystery Box ships at a flat $9.99 rate and does not qualify for free shipping. The Deluxe and Ultimate Mystery Boxes include free shipping.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control. If tracking shows your order was delivered to the address entered at checkout, we are not able to refund or replace it. Please file a claim with the carrier and contact us, and we will help however we can. If you will not be home during delivery hours, we recommend asking your carrier to hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

Heat and Weather

Many of our items contain chocolate. Chocolate can soften or bloom in transit during warm months. This affects appearance, not safety or taste, and refrigerating for 15-30 minutes usually restores the texture. We are not able to issue refunds for weather-related softening. Chips and other crushable items may also settle in transit.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and contents.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rare Drop Snacks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
